Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
✔️ Booking & Payment • Your tour is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. • Full pre-payment required (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, N26, or local bank links). All listed prices are final and include taxes. • Cash payments must be agreed upon in advance. • For groups of 9+ people, mixed groups of Adults and Children, or for customized tours and routes, please contact us directly via website form, email, or phone. ✔️ Changes & Cancellations • Free changes or cancellations up to 48 hours before your tour. • Within 48 hours: Partial or no refund, but we’ll always try to help and adjust if possible, or offer to shift your booking to another date. • No-shows are non-refundable. • Custom services (like rentals or specialist guides) may have separate terms — always disclosed at booking. ✔️ Emergencies & Force Majeure If we ever need to cancel due to severe weather or emergencies, you’ll receive a full refund or a 24-month tour credit. ✔️ Participation • Please arrive on time; missed tours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to adjust if possible. • We reserve the right to refuse intoxicated or disruptive participants for safety. • Participation is at your own risk — please use reasonable awareness, especially on outdoor tours. ✔️ Need Help?
